In my clinic I treat patients within my specialty at the clinic, addressing common conditions like spinal cord injuries, various sports injuries, strokes (CVA), and musculoskeletal pain syndromes (e.g., lower back pain, lumbar, cervical, and thoracic issues).
I also manage general musculoskeletal problems, fibromyalgia, and provide cardiopulmonary rehabilitation for heart or lung disease.
Treatment includes chronic pain management, arthritis in joints (knees, hips, ankles, fingers), spondyloarthritis, and muscular or postural issues like scoliosis or kyphosis.
Additionally, I offer chest physiotherapy for children. Programs are carried out by a certified physiotherapist under my supervision.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy
PRP therapy uses a patient’s own blood to produce a high concentration of platelets, which is then injected into an injured area to stimulate healing. This treatment is often used for joint pain, ligament injuries, and chronic tendon issues.
PRP is produced from a person's own blood. It is a concentration of one type of cell, known as platelets, which circulate through the blood and are critical for blood clotting. Platelets and the liquid plasma portion of the blood contain many factors that are essential for the cell recruitment, multiplication and specialization that are required for healing.
Platelet rich plasma can be injected and treat in to an injured area of bone or soft tissue, such as a tendon or ligament, muscle, arthrosis with very good results.
Injection of hyaluronic acid
Another choice of intra articular injections for the treatment of osteoarthritis is the injections of hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is produced by the body. It concentrates on the joints (as in other places), however, in people with osteoarthritis it breaks down, resulting in their pain and stiffness.
It is an alternative for those who are not relieved by non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or who can not take them because of kidney or stomach problems. Laboratory and clinical studies suggest that hyaluronic acid can do much more than just lubricate the joint. Studies show that hyaluronic acid infusion inhibits prostaglandins and cytokines, which promote inflammation at the cellular level. It can also cause increased production of this important substance, which can in turn help maintain cartilage.
The beneficial effects of injections of hyaluronic acid last from 6 months until a year accordingly. After this time administration should be repeated.
Prolotherapy for the Treatment of Back Pain
It is the position of the American Association of Orthopaedic Medicine that prolotherapy is a safe efficacious therapy for the treatment of selected cases of low back pain and other chronic myofascial pain syndromes. This is based upon basic science data showing the effects of prolotherapy in animal models, clinical studies, a lengthy history of clinical use and efficacy, and increasingly widespread acceptance within the medical community.
While we recognize that further basic science and clinical studies need to be done and are currently in process, we believe that prolotherapy is a safe, cost effective and efficacious therapy that can provide pain relief and return of function for many patients.
Lumbago: Lumbar Spine problems
Lumbar Spine problems, Lumbago (pain at the lumbar spine area), is a seldom used term to mean mild to severe low back pain. The pain can be acute or chronic and affects young and old people. There are many things that cause low back pain or lumbago.

Whiplash is a neck injury due to forceful, rapid back-and-forth movement of the neck, like the cracking of a whip. Whiplash most often occurs during a rear-end auto accident, but the injury can also result from a sports accident, physical abuse or other trauma. Common signs and symptoms of whiplash include neck pain, stiffness and headaches.
Most people with whiplash with the correct treatment , neck support, medication, combined rehabilitation program get better within a few weeks. However, some people have chronic neck pain and other long-lasting complications which can last from some weeks until some months accordingly.
